12 Weeks of Peace is a free online bereavement program, available to anyone that needs a helping hand through their grief. It is available in the form of an email series in which subscribers will receive one email per week containing seven “days” of content. We have worked to create a valuable resource you can refer to during this difficult time. Signing up is easy.
