Our Team
Service Manager
Emily Kievet joined the Neptune Society team as a funeral director in 2019 and has been serving as the service manager since then. Emily earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of North Florida in 2009 before attending the Florida State College of Jacksonville’s funeral services program. She has been a licensed funeral director since 2013 and is honored to help families in their time of need.
Funeral Director
Rakisha Picket is from Jacksonville, FL, and has been a part of the company since 2011. She has held many roles in the funeral industry, and as our licensed funeral director, Rakisha has helped families during their most difficult times.
Office Coordinator
Tierra Green is from Jacksonville, FL, and has been with Neptune Society for six years as a Lead Office Coordinator. Tierra processes our pre-need contracts, performs administrative duties, and is a point of contact for various locations. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and uses the skills learned to apply to her work. Tierra enjoys being of service to our families and putting them first.
Sales Manager
Michelle Embree-Avery managed dental practices for 22 years before joining Neptune Society in 2016 as a pre-arrangement advisor, and becoming the sales manager in 2020. After the passing of both her parents, Michelle appreciates the importance of planning ahead and strives to assist other families by providing them with that peace of mind.
