Driving Directions to Our Office:
From Highway 169:
- Take HWY 55 East Bound to Winnetka Avenue. Go right (south) on Winnetka Avenue to Wayzata Boulevard (do not cross Highway 394) Take a left on Wayzata Boulevard (west) and office is about 3 blocks east on the left.
From Highway 394 (east or west):
- Take the Louisiana Avenue Exit (go north) to Laurel Avenue (a “T” stoplight). Take a left on Laurel Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue (at the stop sign). Take a left on Pennsylvania Avenue. Pennsylvania curves to the right and becomes Wayzata Boulevard. The office is at the curve.
Note: The office is on the North Frontage Road off of HWY 394 between Winnetka Avenue and Louisiana Avenue. We are across the street from the Morrie’s Cadillac Dealership.

Our Team
Service Manager/Funeral Director
Michelle Rischmiller graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School’s Program of Mortuary Science and has been a licensed funeral director since 2017. She joined the Neptune Society in 2019 as a funeral director and, in 2022, was promoted to the Service Manager. Michelle’s father was a Marine who served as an escort for the deceased in the Vietnam War and it was his stories of his care and compassion that sparked her interest in the field. She finds it fulfilling being the shoulder for families to lean on and to serve them at a very difficult time.
Funeral Director
Lindsay Huhn, originally from Mankato, MN, graduated in 2021 with a degree in Mortuary Science. She previously worked and lived in a small town in southern Minnesota for a family-run funeral home. Seeking a work/life balance, Lindsay moved to Apple Valley and began working for the Neptune Society in November 2022.
Office Coordinator
Vicki LaTraille has lived in the Twin Cities metro area all her life. She joined Neptune Society as an Office Coordinator in February 2018.
Sales Manager
Dave Durham grew up on the Gulf Coast of Florida. He joined our team in February 2020 as the Legacy Sales Manager/Certified Preplanning Manager. Dave’s purpose is to provide peace of mind and protect families.

Born in a small town in Iowa, Jeff Clemenson journeyed from being a farmer and grain elevator manager to Minnesota to specialize in the employee benefits insurance industry in 2004. After building his career, he was introduced to the Neptune Society by a friend and was so impressed, he joined in August 2020. Having experienced the challenges of making funeral arrangements for his parents, Jeff has carefully built his team with people who share his passion for bringing peace of mind to families ahead of time.
