My experience with Mercedes and the Neptune Society was wonderful! They made this difficult situation totally seamless and took a huge burden off my shoulders. I can’t tell them enough how much I appreciate all they do and have done for me.

Neptune Society, without prior arrangements, was used for my mother and grandmother at their deaths. I was satisfied with the ease of the service and price. I was shocked that the price had doubled over the past 12 years. That made me hesitate, but I trust your service and products and felt I could find no better. I had priced cremation services when I bought a vault earlier this year at a local cemetery. Not only was the price higher, but they insisted on pricey extras that I did not want.

After losing my sister who had no pre-arranged needs, I saw firsthand the experience my niece went through trying to raise funds to cremate her mother. I did not want my children to have to go through that. Neptune Society makes it possible to make very low payments so you do not have to pay the full amount upfront. We travel across the US and into Canada and Mexico so knowing that we would be returned home if we passed while traveling was a big plus for us. The cost is very comparable and I highly recommend the Neptune Society.

My father passed away one dark night and my mother had a heart incident and was seriously injured. I called the Neptune Society and was immediately contacted locally. I put everything in their hands, so I could concentrate on helping my mother. They did not disappoint me. My father’s cremation and associated paperwork were handled perfectly. I not only recommend their services, but I believe that prearranging early is the smart move. Thank you.

Robyn was first class all the way, when given a question that she wasn’t sure about she went back to her boss’s office and spoke to her to get the proper response to my wife’s question. My appointment at the Neptune Society was very helpful. The advisor was knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. The services are considerably more affordable than mortuary services.

With my mom’s passing, it was so nice to not have to deal with all the “other” arrangements. Mom had pre-purchased her plan with Neptune Society. They have been wonderful in coordinating the process from accepting mom after death, communicating the status of cremation, and transporting the remains to be buried with her husband at the Riverside National Cemetery in California. Thanks to all that they do.

I started communicating with Barbara via email as far back as November. She provided me with all the information I needed but since I lost my job and was waiting for my retirement pension, I was not yet ready to commit. But Barbara was patient, following up with me with emails and phone calls. When I finally got notice of my pension, it was timely that she emailed me that same day. When I told my sister about it, my sister also got interested and bought it for herself as well.

The process of planning our cremation services was very easy through Neptune. They provided all the information necessary to make important decisions. Our representative, Judy, was very professional and helpful in planning our arrangements.

That was especially helpful as none of us really had all our wits about us then, during the first days after our loss. There was never any attempt to upsell us or take advantage of our desire to take care of our loved one the best we could. They were transparent about our choices and costs and took care of our needs more affordable and more quickly than expected. Neptune Society in Reno, and most especially Katrina, was very supportive and compassionate while assisting me with making arrangements for my Brother who passed away suddenly of a violent crime. Even though I live in San Diego we were able to complete all transactions very quickly and I was able to get him shipped to me directly very quickly.

In difficult times a place like the Neptune Society is a breath of fresh air. The price compared to a traditional funeral home is way below the standard rates. The process is simple and prompt.
I have yet to complete the “cycle”, but it’s good to know it’s taken care of. One day I will join too. I saw the commercial for the Neptune Society when I was 10 years old in 1973 and somehow I retained it in my memory after all these years. I somehow knew it’s a good way. God’s blessings.

Neptune Society was amazing when my mom passed. They handled all the paperwork I need to take mom back to Connecticut to be buried with my dad. They treat the departed with respect and dignity.  They treat the family that way as well.   They have reached out to me numerous times to make sure I have been doing ok.  Their doors are open for grief counseling or anything needed.  They make the process as smooth as possible.  They care and take pride in the work they do.

The folks at the Neptune Society were very caring and professional during the recent loss of my mother. I greatly appreciate how well they handled all the details and made the process of saying goodbye easier.

5 stars are not enough! Neptune Society (i.e. Tisha) was beyond amazing in helping us with final arrangements for my father in law. We had a horrible experience as his body was taken to Hite Funeral Home (DO NOT USE THEM) and we called and within 24 hours Tisha had our loved one in their care. As soon as we got to town we met her and did the necessary paperwork and it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience … well as pleasant as it can be when you’ve lost your loved one. There is never any pressure to purchase anything extra, you are truly in control and they do not take advantage of a grieving family. I highly and I mean HIGHLY recommend Neptune Society. I was pleased with my experience with Neptune Society with this difficult time in my life.

My husband and I chose the Neptune Society many years ago.  We were prompt to make arrangements after my husband’s parents died within two weeks of one another and they had made no arrangements for anything.  It was a difficult experience for us and we decided to gift ourselves and the children by settling all our arrangements ourselves.

This year my husband passed at the very early in the COVID 19 epidemic.   My daughter contacted the local Neptune Society. We arrived and were greeted by lovely caring representatives.   Everything was ready and explained in detail and all questions were answered.  We were given the information we needed but would never have thought to ask about it.
The kindness and caring were amazing.

My daughter was so impressed that she requested a packet of information for herself and her husband.  As we left the office she put her arm around her shoulder and said “thanks Mom for doing this for us”.

Tamar was amazing. She made dealing with an awful situation a little more bearable.   She was always available to answer questions and never made me feel rushed about any of the decisions I had to make. She also took the time to let me know exactly where things were in the process and what and when to expect things to be done.

My father in law made arrangements with the Neptune Society.  So the day came he passed away on February 14, 2020. The day he passed away we were contacted by Mr. Edward and his staff. He was very informative about the arrangement,  and what he needed from us. They actually walked us through the whole process.  The process was completed in a timely manner, without any problems. The Neptune Society staff did a wonderful job, I and my husband are pleased with everything.  We thank you and appreciate everything.

I cannot begin to thank Ed and his staff enough. They were professional, knowledgeable, caring, courteous, gentle and discreet. They made this experience much, much easier to deal with. They are extremely flexible and understanding.

Edward went well beyond anything my family could have asked for in our time of need. Ed simply made a terrible situation much easier to handle and navigate through. He went out of his way on a number of occasions to accommodate my family’s needs. When my family needed to leave unexpectedly to manage some affairs out of state he made a house call. Ed even found a workaround for us when we ran into an issue with our chosen funeral home. Ed felt more like a friend than anything, it was exactly what we needed.

The Neptune Society made an extremely difficult time for me so very pleasant. Katrina was who helped my family finalize my son’s cremation, she was extremely helpful and compassionate and helped to make the whole experience a lot less painful. I would and will recommend Neptune society in the future if I hear of someone who has a choose a final cremation for their loved ones. Thank you for all your help to me and my family.

Tamar & her staff in Reno NV have been most compassionate & supportive. They have treated my veteran husband with dignity & respect throughout the process. Tamar has worked with a local engraver to create a custom engraving for my husband’s urn – no small feat. They are even assisting me in making arrangements to have my husband inurned at Arlington National Cemetery.

Neptune Society Las Vegas NV is great, and I want to thank Anita Walker at Neptune Society for all her great help with a problem that I had, she took care of the problem very professionally.

After one week of my beloved best friend Bill passed, my mind cleared of the Schock of his passing and the fact that no one other than the hospital case clerk had contacted me, God (or Bill) inspired, The Neptune Society came to mind as we had spoken months earlier about Life, and HOW it was only one day at time! I googled Neptune, called them and the sound of a compassionate person said yes, Bill is here and so is your name. We’re very sorry for your loss and will help you. Bill was the embodiment of the Buddha. His Bodchitta heart, mind and actions were always for the benefit of all sentient beings he served in over 42 years of AA service around the country. From Brooklyn to Beverly Hills and back and finally to Las Vegas for the last 5 years where he knew he lives out his last days as he once told me. Bill once told me, to have a friend you first must befriend. Now with Neptune Society’s help and support I fell when all complete and I receive his remains that I will be able to honor him for the unconditional love he was given me, my family and all his friends back here in Brooklyn, N.Y. for our Beloved “Brooklyn Bill” A. When a death is imminent, your next step is always hesitant… what to do where to go? I am and will always be so grateful for the team at this location. Tisha, Ed and the “crew” did everything possible to make this transition smooth! All I had to do was sign papers and they took care of everything else. The compassion, care, and understanding that was extended can’t be measured. Although this is a business, no pressure to engage in anything else or purchase anything. The staff at the Neptune Society took care of a very difficult situation for me and my sisters when we needed to make arrangements for our Mother’s passing. Luckily, we had signed up for this service for her many years ago and had kept the Society’s information in a very conspicuous place so that we would not forget it.

The staff took care of everything; provided copies of all pertinent documents, told us how to get things done, whom we should contact, and provided a folder of support services available to us should we need further counseling.

Getting a call late at night of a family members death is not easy to deal with. My husband and I both purchased pre-burial plans through Neptune Society I have never been so impressed in my entire life with the kindness and the help they have provided me I live in Mesquite Nevada and they work very closely with the funeral home here And did everything I did not have to travel 1 mile anywhere all paperwork is done correctly anything I needed was just a phone call away and taken care of immediately I have never been so impressed in my entire life I most definitely will refer them to anyone thinking of getting your affairs in order.

My Grandpa passed away on June 6, 2019, and had Neptune Society setup. One hour after we called, they arrived to take the body away. He was cremated and the ashes were set up to be mailed to his next of kin, my Mom. Everything was taken care of and it was so easy. What a blessing to not have to worry about anything, especially since he lives in Las Vegas and all other relatives live in Texas.

Cheryl Wagner at the Las Vegas office of Neptune Society was one of the most professional, compassionate people that I have dealt with. She answered all of our questions and took the time to explain everything, more than once if necessary. All of our subsequent phone calls and e-mail were handled in a timely manner giving us the required information and contacts. She acted as a go-between with the Veterans Memorial Cemetery where the service and internment were going to be. She listened as my son and I mentioned things about our husband and father and did not try to rush us out of the room. We can not thank her enough for everything she did for us and if you ever need the services of someone at the Las Vegas office of the Neptune Society, just know that you will be treated with the utmost respect and compassion. Compassionate and caring. From our first phone call to picking up my fathers ashes and Death Certificate, Ed and his staff made the process easy and peaceful.

I was surprised my son suddenly became very ill on April 5th he passed away. I was out of state and not knowing anyone in las vegas to ask for help. Thats when i contacted the Neptune society and spoke with Tisha. From that moment on everyting i needed was taking care of. How do you thank a person of a large company thank you enough. It was like they were a part of my family.

Neptune Society seems to be an established long-term service and I’ve had nothing but a prompt decision to courteous service. We’ve been members over the last 20 years and I’m more than satisfied with them. I have it set up for my 93-year-old mother and I also recommended it for my aunt who passed in January. The manager, the woman who dealt with me in Reno, was really phenomenal. She was really helpful, compassionate and very efficient.

My sister in law Debi Newton passed recently. Edward Rodriguez Jr. handled everything professionally and compassionately. He was extremely helpful and made us feel more at ease.

When my husband’s brother passed away recently and unexpectedly, the task of making arrangements fell to him as the eldest in the family. We had never been to his brothers home in Pahrump, Nevada and were not familiar with his brother’s lifestyle or financial situation. We just dug in trying to organize his papers, clean up his slight hoarder home and make arrangements for his cremation—all in an unfamiliar town and state.  Costs were piling up and we were getting very stressed. The coroner arranged to have his brother’s remains sent to a funeral home and we arrived for an appointment with them to find out we’d need to come up with at least another  $1500 for the cremation.
My husband happened to be going through his brother’s wallet in the parking lot of the funeral home and he came across a card for the Neptune Society. It had a client number on it, so I said, “well let’s call them!”  Sure enough, his brother had the foresight to join the Neptune Society and had prepaid for all his funeral expenses!  What an incredible relief that was at a very stressful time!
We spoke to someone in the Las Vegas office and they could not have been more helpful.  They literally took all of the worries and stress out of this part of our tasks related to his brother’s cremation and the expense that goes along with it.  We eventually worked with Cheryl Wagner, who also was a godsend and expertly dealt with all our issues in a kind and thoughtful way.  Everyone we talked to from Neptune was professional and efficient in their duties.   I can honestly say, there is no more thoughtful gift you can leave your relatives than full membership in the Neptune Society.

Katrina at the Neptune Society in Reno, Nevada, was heaven sent. Her concern, caring, attention to detail, patience, understanding were and are remarkable. If I ever have to go through anything like this I would want her by my side.

Please accept my thanks for helping me at the time of my mother’s death. Dorothy Griffen had pre-arrangement with your organization, and Katrina was an exceptional representative. She was kind, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Her sincere approach with me, a stranger, was reassuring and comforting.

In a the most difficult time in one’s life, to have to deal with the emotions of the death of a parent or a spouse, having all or most of the details taken care of in advance, in my case, even pre-paid, and helped by loving, professional, knowledgeable staff who can do most everything but take away your pain, this is The Best service in Any industry, as it should be. This company has been around for years, and I would like to think every company like this does just as good of a job, and they may, but I can only speak of my experience. Recently, I unexpectedly lost my brother and wasn’t sure where to start with arrangements. My best friend referred me to Neptune Society and specifically Natisha DeGourville. Tisha was amazing. She went through every step of what was going to happen and when it was going to happen. Tisha was very comforting and personal. If you are going through this experience, I would HIGHLY recommend Neptune Society. They made a saddening experience, so beautiful.

I had a wonderful experience with Neptune Society. They dealt with everything and they saw to it anything I needed was taken care of. They made sure that I understood everything that I needed to be looking at and how I needed to do things and how things were gonna happen. And the transfer from Utah back to Las Vegas went really smooth. They saw to it I had my death certificates, and they helped me write the obituaries for two different states. We had everything pretty well set up because they seem to know exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it done. I really, really appreciate them.

I was contacted by Ms. Beaulac when my brother passed.  I had not spoken to my brother in many years and was surprised to be contacted about making his final arrangements.  As I don’t live in Reno it required  Ms. Beaulac and me to have several phone conversations.  She was always professional, compassionate,  knowledgeable, and friendly.  She made a difficult time feel uncomplicated and trouble-free.  I hope I am able to find a nearby Neptune branch when I am ready to make my own arrangements.

I have received notices from Neptune Society in the mail and it wasn’t something that I thought I would ever be interested in. I threw it away until my husband passed away and he had already signed up for Neptune. So I thought, “Well, they did a bit of organization.” Everything has been wonderful. They’ve been very calm and patient. Also, they explained everything. What was going on, how it was gonna work. Everything’s taken care of and when the time comes with them, you don’t have to worry about any of it. I would definitely recommend them.

My mom passed recently and thank goodness she had chosen Neptune to take her on her final trip. When my father died in 2007 my mom and I went over to Neptune Society because we knew that he had wanted to be cremated. Then she had already pre-paid her whole Neptune Society cremation and urn. I had a wonderful interaction with Neptune with my mother passing away this last March. Tisha was very, very helpful with handling my mom’s affairs. Any interaction we had with her was very positive.

After mom passed in the hospital, we called Neptune Society and they took care of transporting her body. And then going and meeting with Tisha at the office a few days later, just to find out what the process needed to be and how many death certificates we needed and mom’s urn. So it was very easy for my brother and I. It was nice that we had only one contact person other than the individual who sits in the front, just as a receptionist, who was also very good, very friendly, and very professional.

My mother had a finger on one of her hands that was kind of deformed from when she was a child and that was my favorite finger of hers, which sounds weird to say, but it was special. And so, I had asked them to make fingerprints or Tisha offered to have fingerprints taken. She had the fingerprint mailed to me. My mom passed away in Nevada and we live in Colorado and my brother is up in Washington State, and we had asked if Tisha could send some of mom’s ashes to us through the mail, just a small portion so that we could sprinkle them on Mother’s Day. She overnighted them and got them to us and was just very helpful. So overall, they were really exceptionally professional and compassionate to us in a time that we definitely needed that.

My husband and I were planning our final arrangements and I had a friend who had used The Neptune Society and was impressed at how easy and complete the arrangements were. Yasmin ** was our representative and she was very thorough and knowledgeable. We found the experience very positive and were pleased with everything.

Both of the times that I had to deal with Neptune Society were prearranged. I’m in California and they were in Las Vegas. So, we did everything over the phone. They were very nice and efficient. My father prearranged it and I like the convenience of having everything taken care of when it does happen. They made it very easy and comfortable. I was really happy with it.

This location is so easy to deal with. The compassion and understanding is so appreciated. We purchased our cremation packages at this location in Sun City off of Del Web, and we couldn’t be happier. Susie has helped us with so many questions and always seems to have a very friendly disposition. She is someone we can count on for information regarding our account, or if we have any concerns about my Mom’s arrangements etc. Based on great customer service and the support that is offered at this location, I highly recommend.”

I had some problems with a different funeral home, and had to move my mother to Neptune. They worked with us and helped us with all the paperwork. They were very supportive and responsive and seemed like they went above and beyond to take care of our situation. It was a difficult time for us all, but their compassion helped tremendously.

My mother has late stage dementia and could not remember anything about the funeral plans she purchased.  I remembered hearing about the Neptune Society in Las Vegas.  I knew she lived in Summerlin so I called the Neptune Society nearest to there on Del Webb Blvd.

Anna M. answered the phone and proceeded to go above and beyond trying to find the info I needed.  She was very professional and courteous and was able to track down the service my mother purchased 17 years ago even though it was at another funeral home.

I live in Northern California.  She promised me she would email me the information and she did what she said she would do.  Very grateful!

At the Most difficult time the Neptune Society made Our visit comforting and very professional. My Mom took care of her funeral expenses and wishes on her own years ago. So when she passed, we didn’t have to worry about doing it.. When she did finally pass. All we had to do was call them.. We called The Neptune Society the next day and made an appointment to sign Paperwork..My husband and My Brothers met with Karin .. She was so Comforting and explained to us what would be happening. We were given the option of purchasing additional Beautiful Urns and pendants etc. When We left. We all agreed Our visit was Great even tho we felt so sad about Our Mom’s passing. It was Memorial Day weekend so Karin told us it would take a little longer. I dreaded that day I would have to go back. I got the call and took the drive by myself . Again I met with Karin. The Most caring Beautiful Person. She comforted me with her kind words.. I will never forget her..Thank You Karin, You touched My Heart.

I have to say the Neptune Society was a blessing for my family when my parents passed on. My dad died 5 years ago and my mom passed 2 months ago. They both had signed up with their prepaid plan. All we had to do was make one call when it was their time and everything was taken care of for us. The Neptune Society did everything down to arranging pickup, ashes and death certificates. During such difficult times, I am very grateful that my parents make it so easy for us to carry out their wishes.
