Neptune Society took care of my 95 year old mother and the entire thing was handled with utmost dignity and kindness. Five stars for a great company!!! Donny Bobo was my director and I can’t say enough good about him.

I was extremely satisfied with the services and support for my Dad. That is why I reached out to Neptune Society. I was lucky to talk to David Gardner. He was not pushy, just informative and professional. Because Covid19 I was not to have in-person conversation and communication. David did ease my mind.

I was glad to learn about the Neptune Society. It allows me to make my final arrangements with confidence, at a reasonable price. The Neptune representative provided me a personal orientation to the features of the plan I selected and made the paperwork easy. I recommend them to others.

For years my father-in-law would tell us, “When the time comes, each of you kids has my Neptune card, all you have to do is call them and they will take care of the rest.” That day came for my mother-in-law and 5 months later for my father-in-law. We called the number and Neptune took care of the rest, just like my father-in-law said they would. What a relief for our family not to have to deal with undertakers, cremation details, death certificates, and notifying Social Security, like we had done when both my parents passed away. I became a believer. We signed up, then my older sister signed up…then my younger sister and her husband signed up…then my brother and his wife signed up….all within a week! Yes, I should have been given a commission of a free Neptune card for myself. My older sister said, “Now we can get together and trade our Neptune cards like we used to trade baseball cards!” Peace of mind knowing that we have responsibly taken care of this important detail….and that it all paid for in advance. Now I am telling my children….”When the time comes, each of you kids has my Neptune card, all you have to do is call them and they will take care of the rest.”

My parents and grandmother made pre-arrangements with Neptune long before needed. When they did pass we only had to make one phone call and arrangements were swiftly and compassionately handled. So I have always intended to make pre-arrangements for myself with Neptune and just did so. Dan Engle did a great job explaining the options, ensuring I understood the process and purchased the plan appropriate for me.. Don’t wait -do this now for your family!

I was really happy that I looked into this program and have told a lot of friends about it and think I got a good deal for my money and all the help my family gets through this program.

First of all, I can only mainly speak to the personal service I received from them. My dad purchased a plan from them years ago that paid for all but the urn. We contacted them when my dad passed at an adult family home. The individual that came out to pick up my dad was very professional and considerate. The agent for the company took care of the necessary county notification and was ready to provide additional support. I was happy and pleased with their service.

Michael Thulin was my Funeral Director at the Neptune Society for my Father. From the moment I contacted Michael, he consoled me and then took charge. I had a death certificate within 2 days. He always let me know what to expect and what my options were and then carried through with my wishes extremely quickly. The experience was exceptional. He was kind and professional. I’m a nurse and I had numerous folks that had passed that had Neptune Society accounts. And when my sister passed away and I was looking for someone to help us out, that was the name that I could remember. I dealt with their rep Samantha and she was fantastic. She was a funeral director when I went there the first time and she got me through the entire process. Then just as everything was finishing up, Samantha mentioned that she was going to the sales end of it and leaving the funeral direction part of it.

Last June my family took a huge unexpected and lost my sister. I don’t recall who we dealt with but back in August of 2014 when my mom passed but the gentleman who helped my family through it was super helpful and caring. He told us he had never had clients as young as my sister and I. Anyways, I would strongly recommend the Neptune Society and their staff. They actually, care and let you work through it at your own pace and explain everything in detail without making it confusing or overwhelming. It may have been John Moody but it was a younger guy who helped us and was amazing at helping us through it. I wish I had written this year’s ago but know how much my family and I appreciate the help through that time.

My 96-year-old mom recently passed away. Getting a prearranged contract with the Neptune Society for cremation was one of the most intelligent things I’ve ever done.

Upon my mom’s passing, she was picked up and transported to the home in an expeditious manner. Everything was handled by the Neptune Society, including contacting Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc. It makes the transition much easier to deal with.

John Moody, the funeral director, contacted me several times and was very courteous and respectful. Everything was done as promised.

It’s nice to have others reach out and help during these times. I highly recommend using the Neptune Society. I’ve already purchased my prearranged contract. It’s reassuring to know that when the time comes, one phone call is all it takes to start the process. You don’t want to leave a burden on those left behind.

John Moody at the Neptune Society handled everything following my mother’s passing perfectly and without any glitches. I would highly recommend this service. My husband and I plan to purchase Neptune plans to make life easier for our children when we pass.

Mother and Dad had chosen and prepaid Neptune several years ago. When Dad passed away they handled everything so well. When they met with us to go over final paperwork, the director was very sensitive to our needs, provided options for the last few choices we needed to make, and took her time to make sure we understood each of them (as an example, being a veteran Dad was entitled to a flag, which she took care of for us). Through the process, she treated us with compassion and dignity. The information packet they provided was especially helpful as it had a list of other things we would need to consider after his passing. It was very inclusive and had local contact information etc. where applicable. Losing Dad was very hard, but having so many of the last choices already taken care of, so we did not need to guess his wishes, was a real gift from him to us. The staff at the Neptune Office on Francis were wonderful to work with. I certainly would recommend pre-planning to anyone.

My mother passed away recently and had planned and paid for Neptune Society a number of years ago.  I don’t remember who came to her home to arrange for her wishes but he was very nice.  Now that she is gone, I was in contact with John here at Neptune.  He has given me many very kind and supportive phone calls to explain exactly what will take place during the fulfillment of her final wishes.  He has been wonderful, supportive, kind, caring and just the kind of person you want to deal with when you’re feeling vulnerable.  I am very pleased with his services and cannot think of a way Neptune could improve.  John kept me apprised every step of the way and sent her death certificate with many copies so I don’t have to make any.  I highly recommend John and Neptune Society and am grateful to have found such a kind person here.

When my Aunt passed away and we had to go through Neptune I was a little worried after reading all of the reviews.
I was very surprised at how well they handled everything. Joan was a pleasure to deal with, very quick at responding and very helpful. When we picked up my Aunts ashes we had mentioned we planned on separating some and so she did that for us!

Overall, my experience with Neptune Society was quite satisfactory. John Moody in the Lynwood, WA office, handled my Mother with much caring and sympathy. There was one little glitch involving a piece of the memorial jewelry which had come apart but Mr. Moody promptly took care of me…5 stars! I would recommend Neptune Society to anyone who needs cremation services.

I have had the occasion twice this year to use the services of this fine establishment. Professional, professional, professional. They are experts at a business none of us know anything about before we walk in the door. John took the time to educate and inform and offer advice that extended beyond the scope of his immediate tasks. He offered advice that proved to be most helpful and thus helped with the grieving process. Losing a loved one is hard enough without the added stress of the process of dealing with the remains and the financials. I was so happy not to be in a funeral home where you can smell the chemicals of death.

We have received advertisements for the Neptune Society but have dismissed them in the past. When my mother passed, she had the wisdom to have paid for the Neptune Society’s services. I am not rejecting their service again. Their care is indeed a service for the living by caring for loved ones that have passed and family emotional needs.

Our family was cared for by John Moody at the Lynnwood Location. Mr. Moody checked on us frequently, did the paperwork for the requirements, transported the remains, and so much more that we will never know about because The Neptune Society wanted this process to be stress-free. They do tasks and take care of issues with finesse, caring, and incredible professionalism. I am incredibly grateful for this flawless service.

Neptune Society staff was very helpful in setting up our program for handling our remains. They answered all questions satisfactorily and we now feel the burden has been lifted from our shoulders and that of our children. Our only regret is we did not do this earlier. It is a fairly expensive program for us, but worth every penny.

When my father passed away, he was very organized and had purchased the Neptune Society plan.  I cannot say enough good
things about the very sincere, professional and compassion that I
received from Justine White.  They answered every phone call and
email right away answering every question I had.  I will definitely look
into purchasing a Neptune plan for myself so that when my death happens my children will have the organization and compassion that I have experienced.

Back in 2009, my mother-in-law died in California and I was in Washington. The hospital in Palm Springs, California recommended Neptune Society, I got a hold of them there and they took care of everything. I handled the whole thing from Washington and it was really smooth. They even shipped her ashes and we got it delivered to the right cemetery. My wife died here and Neptune really helped me out a lot this time as well. They’re good and they were all local here so I didn’t have to go to California. When I die, that’s what my kids will take. They’ll take care of me with Neptune. I would highly recommend them and I know some other people who are gonna use Neptune because of what I told them.

One of the difficult times in the life of a family is the loss of a loved one. The responsibility of the final arrangements and the problems, sometimes, of trying to please the family and the last wishes of the deceased can be painful. And the confusion and pressure of the moment can many times be overwhelming. By planning the process in such a simple way as cremation, in advance, you can alleviate almost all of the pitfalls of the moment and smoothly and less traumatically finalize and transition the life of that loved one in an efficient and confident procedure adding dignity to the process. And the Neptune Society will make sure all the loopholes and needs of the family are within their scope so you are able to morn and celebrate the soul of the deceased in the private way you deserve without the constraints or lack of solemnity. I strongly recommend you consider the process and the consideration and fulfillment of the methodology for the best interest of those it can relieve and comfort.

Great service, no hassles, no worries and no pressure to buy. All options were given to us as well as our representative was so positive and open to additional questions and concerns. I cannot highly recommend this program enough! I wish I knew about this 15 years ago.

This is one last item that everybody should do, I’ve buried my late wife, settled the estate, and arranged my own funeral. When my time comes I know there will be no costs for my kids other than a phone call. How do you want to be remembered?

My agent was personable and knowledgeable. She came to my house with all the information and forms. It was an easy process. I received the box, wallet card, and instructions promptly.

The woman from Neptune who came to our home was awesome. She really knew everything we asked. My younger brother passed away unexpectedly at age 57. He had made no funeral arrangements. He had told his family what he wanted but did not take the next step. It was extremely traumatic and expensive for his children. We don’t want our family to go through this so we researched and selected Neptune.

My family recently lost my father unexpectedly. At our first visit to the Neptune Society, we met our director Samantha. Samantha took the time to talk with us, answer all of our questions and made sure we understood what to expect in the days leading up to my father funeral. Samantha ensured that we had my dad’s obituary in the paper, funeral flyers prepped and ready for the service which was so helpful. She not only answered our questions and took care of the business side of the arrangements-Samantha helped to support the family emotionally- her kindness, warmth, compassion, and hugs really made an impact on my family. Samantha would also call to check up us, knowing that she cared helped us start our healing process- Sam was there the entire time, she made herself available to listen to my children tell her stories about their papa and to offer up a hug when it was needed. The personnel at Spokane, WA Location were very easy to work with. I was able to decide on the type of Plan that fits my needs, and all the information given to me was accurate and understandable. We set up the arrangements with Neptune Society for both my mom and my dad about four years back. We called to check them out and the guy that sold it to us was wonderful. They take care of everything like notifying Social Security, making the arrangements at the cemetery, picking up the body, and if you have a travel thing going on, it doesn’t matter where the body is in the world, they would bring it back here. I like that all it’s going to take when something happens is one phone call.

My mom passed away a little over a year ago and they took care of her arrangements. They were on it from the guys who came to pick them up and were so professional and caring. At that time, it was Bret that handled hers and he was just wonderful to us and responded to us on anything we needed immediately. Then this January 30th, my dad passed away and we had John, at Lynwood who was absolutely wonderful. The guys that came to pick up the body were also professional and caring. Our experiences were so good that when we went to pick up my dad’s ashes, I made my arrangements.

I have worked with John with the handling of both my parents’ deaths; passing a year apart, I found great comfort in hearing his voice once again with my dad’s arrangements.  I was very impressed with the care and solace he provided, the regular contact he maintained, and the expertise in handling the situation.  When my mother passed a year prior, John was the consummate gentleman providing my father and me with help and confidence in the care of my mother and her remains. I would like to thank John. A death in the family is difficult; John removed some of the most emotionally difficult parts.  Glad he was there.

Sherry Paul was very reliable, sympathetic, and helpful in a time that puts you in the Twilight Zone. It’s nice when someone is organized and guides you thru the end of life issues.

I needed to get my end of life activities in order so my son wouldn’t have to do it if anything unexpected happened to me. I went to a seminar, made an appointment, and bought a plan. No muss, no fuss. Loved the simple process.

When we received the call from the nursing home that my mother had passed I asked that Neptune is called. A grief counselor called immediately asking if we would like him to visit with us. He was there within 30 minutes, staying with us until it was time for a mother to be taken away. He was absolutely wonderful! Very professional and an incredible listener. We were put at ease that we had done everything as respectful and with dignity for her passing. Neptune Society arrived handing me a long stem rose with babies breathe with their condolences. They were dressed in black suits and ties, speaking in a low tone, making me feel more comfortable. As we all left together my last wish was for them to take good care of a mother. With a smile, they promised. My entire family is members of Neptune. I would recommend them to anyone who still questioned their way of burial. Thank you, Neptune Society.

In both cases the Neptune Society was unbelievable.  They handled everything from remains pick up through to the placement at the cemetery.  Everything from their demeanor to their time efficiency could not have been handled better by any other organization or funeral home.
I am so impressed with Neptune that I made my pre-arrangements the day we picked up my father’s ashes.  For my father’s passing, I have been working with John Moody and would highly recommend him to anyone who may be unsure of who to talk to at Neptune.  John has been and continues to be wonderful in both his understanding and efficiency.

Neptune Society did such an excellent job last year with my dad’s cremation then my husband and I decided to preplan for our own cremations. Both times you worked with John Moody. John Moody is exceptional, In the time of grief he made the process effortless from my part. He explained the process in a very comforting way. John took care of all of the details so we could grieve without worrying about what the next step would be.

Both of my parents had pre-arranged cremation agreements with Neptune society and had given me the paperwork, urns, etc. in advance.  It made it so much easier.  A simple phone call and I didn’t have to worry about anything else.  Their compassion was excellent.  My dad died at Sacred Heart Hospital at 6:30 pm and the next morning at 10 a.m., I called Neptune to make sure Dad had been placed in their care and to see what they needed from me (Hospital had the information at the time of his death and told me they would call). I learned the hospital had not even called them yet –  he was still in the hospital morgue the following day.  Neptune immediately called the hospital and got things rolling and kept me apprised and eased my concerns. They took care of Social Security Notification, gave me information about my Dad’s Veterans benefits too (flag, gravesite, etc) My mother died recently, 2 years later at home under Hospice care (90 miles from Spokane) and they arranged with a local funeral home to come to the house for her.  Everything went very smoothly and gave me peace of mind.  I picked up their ashes about 10 days after they died. and they will be interred at a Veteran’s Cemetery later this year. I would recommend Neptune Society.  The Spokane staff were very helpful and kind in both instances. It’s so difficult to lose your parents, even at an advanced age, but Neptune made it easier.

We were very fortunate to have worked with Neptune Society, especially when we did. We made arrangements with Neptune Society for my brother (whom I’ve been caring for some time), my wife and myself, and shortly thereafter my brother passed away. Neptune Society guided us through all of the steps we needed to take for my brother. We are so grateful to Neptune Society, particularly John Moody who was always available, knowledgeable and caring. My mom purchased a Neptune Society over 25 years ago. My brother and I have had complete peace of mind for all these years and our recent loss justified our confidence in the Neptune Society. One call started the procedure and every step was handled quickly and efficiently with guidance for us along the way. I already had a policy for myself, but this experience convinced my husband to purchase one for himself.

John ** and his staff guided my family through the difficult process of the arrangements for a loved one. Answered all our questions in a timely manner. John worked with the physician to obtain the death certificates. He called daily and kept us informed of each step in the process of cremation thru transportation and confirmation that the urn had reached the out of state burial site.

This is a thank you to Mr. Brent ** and the others at the Neptune Society in Lynnwood, Washington for the timely and thorough service and help that many including my family have little experience and knowledge. All the many questions we had were answered and many answers were given to things we didn’t even know about. At the same time, this was given with sympathy and kindness in our time of sadness.

This re-enforces that the decision, by the others in my family that have the Neptune Society, was a very good choice. Handling the affairs of a family member after they have passed and while you are heart-broken is an awful situation.  My mother pre-arranged her cremation with the Neptune Society and it made the saddest days a bit better.  John Moody was compassionate, caring and knowledgeable.  Everything was handled swiftly, professionally yet in a calm, caring manner.  My best recommendation will be when I pre-arrange my cremation as well.  I can’t think of a more kind, caring thing to do for my son to help ease the way and ease the pain of loss.

I have used Neptune Society twice in the past. Back in 2011, my father passed away and I didn’t know what to do. Neptune Society had a fire sale so I got a hold of them, made arrangements for him and it worked out well. The Neptune team gave the information I needed and they were pretty patient. I’m not the best with figures, so the local rep, Glen, spent a lot of time helping me understand this math. He even went a step further and got my husband’s military separation record for us since we also bought a policy for ourselves. Since I knew what I wanted, I went with a basic package. I brought in a couple of friends that signed up as well such as my girlfriend and her husband.

It was bizarre that Neptune sent the cremation urns when we purchased those packages. It’s off-putting and really nothing that we’re interested in storing it for 20 years. We would have preferred to buy our packages, get our little wallet-size cards with the policy numbers – which I’m waiting for delivery – and when we need to use them, we can specify which urn we wanted. When I bought my mom’s policy back in 2013, they sent that urn in advance, too, and that freaked me out. I bought it from the Reno office because my mom was down in Reno. I got a hold of the manager down there and sent it back to him. He was nice enough to keep it. Then my mom moved up here to Washington and I used her policy last month. I advised Neptune of that and Glen was great because he got hold of the Reno office and did whatever he needed. They provided an urn which was fine. Other than getting the urns in advance, my experience with Neptune was great.

Neptune was highly sensitive especially during the period immediately following the death of our loved one. We were so glad our parents had this in place. They were thorough and helped us through the process.

My mother chose Neptune Society among other cremation service providers and had it in her files. Because of her, I’ve interacted with their team for the first time and they were fantastic. The preplanning service was all done and all we had to do was bring in the basic material. They made it so easy and they were very comforting.

I have had two experiences with Neptune Society. One in Reno, NV in 2011 when my Dad passed and one in 2017 in Lynnwood, WA when Mom joined Dad. The 2011 experience was more traumatic because Dad passed and I had NO PLAN…FORTUNATELY I contacted Neptune Society and they save my sanity and helped me through the whole process. With that experience behind me I became more proactive and purchased a policy for Mom in 2013…which she didn’t use until just recently in 2017. I purchased Mom’s policy in NV, but later relocated her to WA. All it took was a simple phone call to advise of the relocation. It is so wonderful that Neptune offices are EVERYWHERE! I AM SOO THANKFUL that I was ahead of the curve this time. The whole experience was way less traumatic and so remarkably well handled I cannot thank Neptune enough.

No one wants to think that they would have to experience a loss in the family, but if you find yourself searching for a place to help you with these kinds of needs I would highly recommend Neptune Society. Sherry ** in the Spokane office was so great to work with. She cares about her clients’ needs and genuinely loves people. All of the people I spoke with at the Spokane office were so kind and helpful.

My father recently passed away. He lived in Idaho and I (his oldest son) live in California. The Neptune Society handled all the arrangements in a kind and professional manner through personal conversations and electronic correspondence. This made this difficult time much easier to bear.

What a gift this plan was from my parents.  Mom and Dad passed away within 3 weeks of each other.  Neptune Society did a great job helping with paperwork etc.  They showed much empathy as well as sympathy.  We are considering doing the same thing for our kids.  It was so nice not to have to think about funeral home, caskets, etc. at such a hard time.  Thanks Very Much Neptune!!

Neptune Society, in particular, John E. Van de Water, was extremely helpful, taking care of so many difficult tasks when my husband died. Neptune arranged for the removal of my husband’s body, having it cremated, ordering the death certificates, arranging for me to pick up the cremains and flag. John met me in Bremerton to provide everything, swapping the original wooden box I received when I originally signed up for Neptune Society with a biodegradable urn required for Burial at Sea. Mr. Van de Water was so respectful and accomplished all of this in a very timely manner.  He also arranged for an Honor Guard to render honors and present the flag to me.  No additional costs were incurred for any of this except for paying for extra Certified Death Certificates.

My husband and I decided over 15 years ago to make plans for our end of life care, and created our health care directives, and decided on cremation at that time. The Neptune Society was very helpful in the process of decision making, and reasonable in paying for final expenses. My husband became ill this summer, and received Hospice care. Neptune Society then stepped in and made all of the arrangements smooth and calming.

Trevor and his team were very professional in handling all the details of my husband’s cremation and returning his cremains to me within 10 days of his passing.  Thank yo, Neptune Society from me and my family.

The funeral director Sherry Paul was very helpful to me when my mom passed away in July 2017.  My dad was able to get the initial stuff out of the way the day of her passing, but from the second day after she passed, I was the one who dealt with the Neptune Society.  Sherry was very kind in dealing with all of my questions and concerns, and most importantly, with the loss of my mom.

My grandmother pre-arranged her cremation with Neptune Society, which made things easier when she passed.  Sherry Paul, Funeral Director, was compassionate and caring, and gently led us through the steps of the service they provide.  My grandmother’s final wishes were fulfilled and we were treated very well throughout.  The memorial folders and prayer cards turned out beautiful, and the mini-urn with locket of hair is a lovely, ever-lasting keepsake.

My husband passed away this month over 2 weeks ago. Neptune Society took care of everything. Shannon is the one who helped me. She is so good and prompt. She updates me by emails and phone calls to make sure I am okay and everything I requested gets done. I will definitely recommend her and Neptune society for friends to get the same help I got from them, They care and give good assistance. The Neptune Society of Spokane was a great help when my Mom passed away. I was out of town at the time and we were able to complete arrangements over phone and email. They seemed to care about my feelings and I appreciated their assistance. There were a couple documents missed in the beginning but everything was taken care of in the end. There was no up-sell pressure.

Sherry did a wonderful job, in keeping me in touch with my mom’s arrangements. The paperwork went smoothly as well. I was, and my mother was treated with utmost respect. I just want to thank Debbie Van Straten who sold me my Aunt ( who really was doing okay at the time) the package on a Friday then on the following Sundaymy Aunt passed away and having never doing this before Neptune and John Moody did practically everything for me in my time of need. I couldn’t have done it without them. From organizing and just helping me through this all of the processes went seaming less and that way I could morn in a more quite or stress less time. I just want to thank John Moody for the most wonderful help he gave me my Aunt passed away in April and if it wasn’t for John I wouldn’t know what to do about anything. He was right there for me from the start all the way to the end and during a very sad time for myself and my family made my dear Aunts final resting moments one she really wanted. I had been thinking of taking care of my end of life business for decades. I had checked out the Neptune Society online many times. When they called, it was the right time. Everything was carefully explained, I felt no pressure (other than from myself). I feel confident that my body will be responsibly and respectfully taken care of and my children will feel support from the Society. I have recommended the Neptune Society to many friends.

I personally experienced three times the procedures of Neptune. Both my parents had prepaid their cremation packages. First on August 11, 2010 when my father passed. One phone call and response was quicker than I had expected. They treated my father with respect and explained what they were going to do. Second time was on December 26, 2010 when my mother passed. Once again one phone call and the response was very good. The third time was February 9, 2016 when my life time friend passed. One phone call and all was well. Each time Neptune representatives treated my loved ones with respect. The business end of these events was also easily done. All went so well I bought a Neptune package for my husband and myself as did my brother and his wife. I have all good things to say about Neptune. It was the easiest ordeal of this kind in my life. The staff in the office are very caring and sensitive to our emotions. We have a total of nine prepaid packages with Neptune. I encourage anyone to check them out. It is comforting to know arrangements are made and the stress level on the family is somewhat lessened.

My experience with Neptune Society of Tacoma was professional and pleasant. John Z. took all the time I needed and answered all of my questions so I was confident that choosing this plan meant my children will not go through the expense and family conflict I went through when my father passed. All of my kids have the details of my plan and know that it’s simple transportation and cremation, nothing more and nothing more is needed for my wishes. The additional $400 or so for transportation anywhere in the world is an extra peace of mind well worth it as I intend to spend my last years travelling extensively. 😀 Thanks again, Neptune!

My mother had pre-arranged her own cremation in 2012 and had given me a card to carry in my wallet, which it was my unfortunate need to take out and use on January 10. The hospital where she passed was undergoing a change of procedure, and for a brief time the hospital was unable to locate her remains. I called the number on the card, where I was automatically transferred to the Tacoma office. The funeral director there took charge at a time when I really couldn’t think straight, and soon I was contacted by the funeral director at the Lynnwood office, who had everything under control. Two days later, my sister and I met him at their office to sign some paperwork, a process that took all of 15 minutes and where all of my questions were answered. There was no up-selling, and everything was handled respectfully and efficiently.

I thought I would take the time to write a review about this company, their staff and the service our family received recently. Last year when my father died, we were recommended by a hospice service to use a local company to have my father cremated, and while they were less in cost; so was the information we received as well as the service they provided. This time we decided to call the Neptune Society in Tacoma, and while the price was higher so was the professional service rendered to our family. The gentlemen we dealt with seemed interested in who my mother was, how long she was ill; and how we were holding up. He them proceeded to take us through, what I will describe as a journey of caring for my mother. There weren’t any hidden costs, in other words we didn’t have to pay more to have the Neptune Society pick the death certificates up from the local Health Department; nor were we charged to complete the document’s to have my mother buried with my father at the National Cemetery. Instead we found the service to be one of caring, understanding professional people, who truly cared about us and our loss. At times we all try to save money, especially in this day and age…….however not when it comes to the care of someone we love. I would highly recommend the Neptune Society to anyone who has suffered a loss, this was an totally professional experience, something we didn’t feel when we lost our father.

I am a licensed funeral director and embalmer, needless to say, I haven’t always had the highest opinion of cremation societies. However, I brother in law passed away in Spokane,WA, with any previous arrangements made, my sister chose Neptune of Spokane. I was very impressed with the way they handled themselves with my sister, I was not able to be present when the arrangement was made but in talking to my sister, things could not have gone smoother. Felicia in the Spokane office went above and beyond to see that my sister’s needs were met with honor and dignity. She lives in Montana, so distance was an issue, it was arranged for his created remains to be sent to her along with the death certificates and other needed information. This was all handled in a timely manner and done exactly as promised. My sister was extremely pleased and gives Felicia and the Neptune Society very high marks for the way they handled the arrangements
